1. Who we are

Low Futures is operated by Thibaut Hofer, an individual entrepreneur registered in France under SIRET 512 632 860 00023, 6 rue Notre-Dame de Lourdes, 54000 Nancy, France. See our Legal Notice for full details.

2. Products

We sell printed objects, stickers, prints, and publications, produced in limited runs. Each product page states its full name, specifications (format, paper, finish), and price in euros.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through a secure Stripe payment link. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation, and we are notified of your order individually.

5. Delivery

Typical dispatch time: 4 to 14 days.
Ships from France, and to Europe only.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day you, or a third party you designate, receive the goods to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hi.lowfutures@gmail.com. You must then return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision, and we will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order.

This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

7. Legal guarantees

Independently of any commercial guarantee, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute, you may contact us directly at hi.lowfutures@gmail.com. If no solution is found, you are entitled to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator:

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence within the European Union.
